Kravet Smart QuickShip Program Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a line of QuickShip furniture options, featuring more than 100 Kravet SMART furniture frames which can be paired with a designated selection of 100+ fabrics ("QuickShip Furniture").
ORDERING:
All orders and communications with respect to the QuickShip Furniture program can be sent to furniture.quickship@kravet.com. Completed orders with payment submitted by 2PM ET will be processed that day; orders received after 2PM ET will be processed the following business day.
PRODUCTION TIME:
With the exception of certain "black-out" days (see below for details), QuickShip Furniture will be ready to ship in 10 business days from the date on which the order is processed. While we will always use our best efforts to achieve this 10 business day production time, Kravet cannot be held responsible for failure to meet this timeframe.
PAYMENT:
Orders for QuickShip Furniture require payment in full before we will begin to process the order; however, if you already have open terms, we will honor those payment terms.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
We cannot accept any cancellations or order changes received after 5PM ET on the same calendar day that the order is processed. After that time, all orders will be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
PROGRAM TERMS:
Only select fabrics are available to apply to QuickShip Furniture. QuickShip Furniture is upholstered with up the bolt fabric application, straight cut welt and standard Eco-Smart Seat cushions, standard Eco-Smart Back pillows and any standard maple stain or paint.
UPGRADES:
The following upgrades are available with an upcharge on QuickShip Furniture orders: Air Dream Mattress, Spring Blend Down Seats, Spring Fiber Seats, Blend Down Backs or application of nailheads to the base of furniture, only.
Other than as stated above, no other upgrades or other changes are available for QuickShip Furniture frames.
EXCLUSIONS:
COM fabric, leather, CFAs, fabric finishing, contrast welt, bias welt, trim or combination fabric applications are not included in the QuickShip program. QuickShip does not include modifications in size or custom requests. For upgrades or custom requests not included in QuickShip, consider our extensive Kravet SMART Furniture offering.
SHIPPING:
Shipping time is in addition to production time. All Kravet standard shipping times and fees for purchaser's region apply.
