| Description | Portraying a worn antiqued area rug, is very soft & light weight. Hand knotted on vertical loom in Turkey with a Turkish knot. 2 Color construction, 1st color is woven as the weft with an undyed cotton warp that forms the foundation, 2nd is then knotted which makes the pile. Hand spun wool, which changes thickness in the weft & knots giving an uneven texture to the balanced bold colors. Washed several times before hand shearing close to the foundation. Size Shown: 2x2 |
