Who is eligible for Kravet Concierge Bronze? 

The program is available to residential customers. Kravet Concierge Bronze is not available to Department Stores, Furniture Manufacturers, Agent Showrooms, Contract and Hospitality Purchasing Agents, Internet Reseller customers, Showroom Affiliates, and Portfolio.

Are there other benefits to Bronze besides the free ground shipping?

Concierge Bronze members enjoy both free ground shipping, as well as discounted premium shipping on domestic orders. 

When do these benefits kick in?

All enrollments will receive benefits immediately upon signing up. Billing cycle will take place around the middle of the following month.

What payment method is required to join Kravet Concierge Bronze?

You must provide a credit card or ACH payment which will be automatically charged on a monthly basis.

How do I reach Silver status?

Once you purchase $25,000 of qualifying products, you are automatically enrolled in Concierge Silver, and the monthly fee is waived as of the next month. Once you are enrolled in Silver, the benefits begin immediately, last for the rest of the current year and through the next calendar year, all for no membership fee.

Do all the Kravet Inc. family of brands apply towards achieving Silver status?

Yes, all purchases directly from the Kravet Inc. family of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, GP&J Baker, Brunschwig & Fils, Donghia, CuratedKravet and more, count towards Concierge status.

How can I cancel my account?

You can cancel any time, with 30 days notice, by emailing customer.service@kravet.com or by canceling directly on kravet.com.

*Orders eligible for free ground shipping must be (i) placed online on kravet.com; (ii) for products shipping from our Kravet US warehouses; and (iii) for fabric, trim, wallcoverings, sample books and CuratedKravet products. Free ground shipping does not apply to (i) items requiring premium freight, (ii) white glove delivery, (iii) International Parcels, or (iv) finished products such as carpet or furniture.
